Start with the right type of help
The MI88 Contact page explains where different questions belong. Some questions concern public website content, while others concern an account, transaction, verification decision, payment method, game result, or promotion. Account-specific issues should be handled through the support process connected to the account service because mi88.link does not have direct access to private account records.
Website-content questions
If you notice outdated wording, a broken internal link, an incorrect page title, or another problem with public content on mi88.link, record the page URL and a short description of the issue. That information is enough to identify most website-content problems without exposing private account data.
Account and login issues
For password recovery, account verification, account restrictions, or transaction history, use the support route provided by the account service. Keep passwords, PINs, authenticator codes, SMS codes, and recovery codes private. A support request can usually be described using an account identifier, timestamp, error message, or transaction reference without sending a secret credential.
Payment or withdrawal questions
Before requesting help, collect the non-sensitive facts: transaction date, amount, method, reference number, and the status shown in the account. Do not send a full payment-card number or online-banking password. If you include a screenshot, hide unrelated personal information first.
Promotion questions
Include the promotion name, when you opted in, and which condition appears to be unclear. Read the current promotion terms before contacting support because many questions can be resolved by checking eligibility, turnover or wagering conditions, expiry, game restrictions, and withdrawal rules.
Game questions
If a question involves settlement or a game rule, note the game title, provider if known, approximate time, and the rule you are asking about. A screenshot of a public game result can be useful, but do not include login credentials or other secrets.
Security concerns
If you believe an account has been accessed without permission, change affected credentials using a trusted device and use the recovery or support process immediately. If you receive a suspicious link, do not enter a password merely to test it. Save the address as text or a screenshot instead.
What MI88 will never ask you to publish
- Your password.
- Your one-time verification code.
- Your security PIN or recovery code.
- Your full payment-card details.
- Your online-banking password.
- Unredacted identity documents in a public message.
Write a useful support request
Start with one issue per request and describe the result you expected versus what actually happened. Include the relevant page, game, promotion, or transaction reference, plus the approximate time. Clear details reduce the need for repeated follow-up messages and make it easier to distinguish a technical problem from a misunderstanding of a rule.
Do not trust copied contact details automatically
A phone number, email address, or chat account copied from an old post may no longer be valid. Use contact information displayed through the current MI88 website or the account service itself. This build intentionally does not invent contact details that have not been verified.
Until a verified website contact channel is supplied, use the FAQ for public guidance and the support process associated with the external account service for private account matters.
